City Government

The City of Myrtle Creek is a council-manager form of government. With this structure, the city council's role is establish city policies and priorities. The council appoints a city administrator to implement those policies and undertake the administration of the organization. 

Council members are collectively responsible for the establishing policy, adopting a budget and providing vision and goals to the city administrator.
