The City of Myrtle Creek requires all businesses who sell a product or service in the city limits to be have a Myrtle Creek Business License per Myrtle Creek Municipal Code Chapter 5.05. Business Licenses follow our fiscal year and run from July 1st to June 30th and have an annual fee of $60. The application can be downloaded from the website or picked up at Myrtle Creek City Hall at 207 NW Pleasant St, Myrtle Creek, OR 97457. Once completed the application can be mailed to City of Myrtle Creek, PO Box 940, Myrtle Creek, OR 97457, dropped off at City Hall, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
